Ordered a pair of print fabric jeans from an online retailer advertising on social media. Received a different pair of print jeans, of exceptionally poor quality. Alerted retailer that they sent wrong item and I wanted either the right item or a refund. They continually evaded action by letting many days lapse between returning communication and then dodging any culpability with boiler plate emails apologizing and saying they would make it right, but never doing anything. On the fourth or fifth exchange of emails they offered a 20% refund (on an item I never ordered). After investigating further I am finding online consumer message boards riddled with complaints mirroring my experience and no one gets their money back, or often not receiving what they ordered or receiving different merchandise, all made of very crappy material. This company claims to be based in CA, but is in fact in China (I think?) and operates under many different monikers, Current and past sites and names: Maria Spencer, Jordan Toronto, Dwanah, Azzurrah, Riley-London, Chaleur London. ALL FAKE. Please take actions to shut them down and root them out. They are bilking every consumer who unwittingly stumbles upon their ads, which, by the way, are using stolen images of items they do not sell.
