Landscaper charged my credit card $6000 as a deposit for work scheduled on May 13, 2023. did not show three times. I called asking him to cancel the proposal and refund the $6000 . I have not seen any evidence that this has been done as of June 11, 2023. I have filed a fraud investigation with my credit card on 6/2/2023.
