This website is heavily advertised all over Instagram with thousands of great reviews on their website. I purchased a dress in July that claims they are hand made to order. After MONTHS I have sent emails asking about delivery time, they always respond promptly and respectfully stating that they understand my concern and apologize for the delay as the pieces are “hand made”. After doing research online it appears that thousands have ordered from this site and experienced the same situation. Constant communication but no one has received their orders for MONTHS even up to a year, nor have been issued a refund.
