I ordered from a link on Facebook. After they charged my card and stole my money. I got a email that said your product is on the way. I have never received the item. Total scam.

After responding to a Facebook ad (which appeared authentic and real products were shown)... I ordered a Christmas gift. I received a confirmation email from Mapik USA, and another confirmation email that the product had shipped.

However, I never received the product. They accessed my credit card and STOLE my money and now have my credit card and personal information.

Follow up emails to them were returned to me as "undeliverable", and I cannot locate any information on the web about the company.
