I received a text message stating that Manuel Franco wanted to share his lottery winnings with me and to text a Mr. Marcos at 307-223-0311.

The message reads, "I'm Manuel Franco. The winner of $758.7 million Powerball lottery. I'm donating $50,000 to 10 random individuals. If you get this message, text Mr Marcos on (307) 223-0311 to claim your funds effectively."

I did not respond to this as I believe it is a scam.
