I called the number that I thought that was Microsoft support. A guy answer the phone and said Microsoft support and he said his name but I forgot it. I proceeded to tell him that I was trying to get my email password back to my account. He told me that I need to download this software to my computer called ultraviewer which would give him the remote connection to my computer so he could help me. After him acting suspicious about me hanging up the phone when I didn't and he was acting very odd ,so I hung up the phone and disconnected the remote connection to my computer that he had.
