I’m disabled needing chronic pain relief. Upon winning my disability case I looked for a massage therapist and found Victoria on Groupon. We spoke on the phone and scheduled direct. Soon after she changed her phone number. Now Groupon shows not affiliated with merchant and website is down. I worked with Victoria for much of 2024 at Yugen Wellness in Millcreek. We agreed to 90 minute hot stone at the Groupon discount. I paid Victoria 3000.00 cash for massage, the last 1000.00 payment totaling 4000.00 was was taken without disclosing she defaulted on her lease agreement at Yugen. I asked to be reimbursed and was met with unethical unsafe conduct. She claims she’ll pay me back when she feels like it. I had spine procedures and was in immense need of massage and pain relief to no avail. Trust is broken. I really need my disability money, I am a single mother. Victoria is a fraud and blatantly lied.
