He went to an online website by XIanchen, Ding.com, and Apple Pay
He pretended to be apple support
He start scanning through my mom accounts
He stolen $839.66, out of cash app
He had $851 transfer out of savings from chime and yes I feel that chime fail my mom
He stolen $900 from my mom active cash card
from apple through apple pay $490
$7.53 twice and $11.49 twice and 65.99 out of my mom accounts
All together totaling
2333.03
All my mom is undergoing investigation but help is needed badly to help us recover my mom fund from each of her accounts
