Ordered product from Malazona. Received confirm shipping email. Paid thru Shop app which I feel is also a scam. I downloaded Shop to track my order (which they do not do). There is no accountability through Shop if package not received even though there was supposed to be free insured shipping including track and trace. Obviously a lie also. Nothing but a scam. DO NOT USE MALAZONA OR SHOP. I have emailed Malazona 3 times, the last time telling them to just cancel my order as it has been 2 months since ordered. There is no phone # to call. Have not received a reply on emails. I filled out a form on the Shop app which was also a waste of time. I ordered this on a debit card so bank will lnot reimburse. There evidently is necourse for things not delivered from online scam merchants. How can this be when everyone orders online now? It is ridiculous.
