I recently purchased a product from Make Trendy ("Seller") on their website. Not only did the product arrive late, but it was defective (i.e., non-working). I immediately contacted the Seller at [email protected] regarding the defective product, and requested a full refund in exchange for shipping the defective product back with shipment costs to be incurred by the Seller. The Seller requested video and picture documentation regarding the defective nature of the product, which I promptly provided. I provided two separate videos and a picture... and a week or so later, I was asked to provide yet another video using a different accessory of the product; I must emphasize that the product did not work, and regardless of what accessory was used, it should have worked with all accessory attachments, which it did not. I've exchanged over 10 emails with this Seller, and each time they requested something else that is irrelevant in an attempt to discourage the Buyer or to evade their liability. I provided all necessary documentation including another video using a different accessory part (all of which show that the product does not work), and again I received another request for yet another video. The Seller clearly has no intention of fulfilling their contractual obligations, and engages in fraudulent, evasive business tactics.
