I ordered RmFlex for $69.00 on January 4, 2021. They sent me a confirmation of receiving the order. The email indicated and Order # 100964 date and the product. I have written the e-mail and have not received a response. I have called and no one answers phone.

I looked up address 2655 Richmond Ave, Staten Island, NY 10314 and it is a mall. I called the mall they said there was no vitamin store there.

Wondering if you every had the issue resolved. This just happened to me and I emailed them so curious to see if you every got your product or refund.
