The MagicStyler which was advertised on Instagram, disguises itself as a Dyson -Airwrap Multi-Styler. The videos that are advertised on Instagram show videos of customers' successfully using the product and curling the customer's hair. When the product arrived, it basically worked as a hair dryer, but the curling function didn't do anything. I knew it was a scan as soon as I contacted the company and asked for a refund. My refund was rejected, because they said if I opened and used the product, then I couldn't return. I went back and forth with these people about my return, and they kept increasing how much of a percentage I would be refunded on my total order. It started with 25% and then was bumped to 35%. They finally emailed me with a "return webpage." When I entered in the information they requested, I then received a message stating that "The return window has been closed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept this return."

I wish I could warn other people to stay away from this company because the product is a total dupe.
