100 percent scammers. I knew it as soon as they offered to sell a timeshare that no longer owned because my term ran out 7 years ago. I played these guys game for a month until it came time that they finally asked me to pay a "registration fee" of $4100.
I told them my bank would not sent the wire to a mexican bank because of past issues. ( I didnt even go to bank - lol) I was immediately threatened legal action and would have to pay the cancellation fee after they refused to consider negotiating a deal to take any fee from the sale price. I also offered to triple the commision as a deal. Obviously refused because they knew it was a scam.
After I finally let them know that I didn't even own the timeshare anymore, they still threatened that their legal team would be in contact with me. Play these guys with whatever time you have to waste as much of there efforts and hopefully they will learn.

It started with a call about our Timeshare in Mexico. We have been thinking about selling. We’ve own it for 25 yrs and was tried of vacationing at the resorts. We’ve been to lots of places that are all exclusive and enjoyed them more. We received a call from Alford Bradshaw claiming to be Realtor of M L Realtors in New York on May 4, 2022. He stated he had a buyer who wanted to purchase of Timeshare. We decided to work with him. They offered us $105,000 for it. Which was 3 times more then what we purchased it for. Every time we got to the finish line, they wanted more money. First he stated to release the money, we had to pay $5,000 taxes and closing cost then, $5,000 to pay his Commission, then 6,000 to pay the Mexican Government, because the money had been in the Mexican bank for 30 days, then $14,000 to pay to get the Property Lien off. My husband stated they needed to pay half. Alfred, then stated he had to take that offer to his Manager and he would get back w/us. He called the next day to state that they agreed to pay half, so our cost would be $7,000. Yes, we paid all the above fees because we were still coming out with a Profit. They promised that our money would be in our account Monday 27, 2022. When the money wasn’t there, my husband called Alfred. He stated he wasn’t sure why and he would call us back. He called back the next day stating our money was being delayed by Customs because the paper work wasn’t filled out correctly and would cost $17,000 to release the money. Crazy right. Alfred supplied us with the phone number so we could call Customs in Mexico. They stated the same thing Alfred stated. Alfred then stated his Firm will agree to pay half again. Mind you we are $24,000 in the hole. We stated to Alfred and his Firm, they were not getting another penny from us. Now they want us to sign papers stating we Reneged on the deal. We stated we are not doing that and to pay us our money. They stated they can’t do that until the $17,000 cost is met.
Please be aware of this Firm. They are the biggest scammers out there. Hoping to help someone to not fall for their scam the way we did.

I am called several times a week by scammers trying to offer to buy or rent my Advanta, Mayan Palace time share. I know they are scams, I tell them to stop calling and a new company will call again in a couple of days..

Advanta has told us numerous times we cannot sale or rent our time share to a third party and beware of scammers..

We have never fallen for these scams, but wanted to report this new one to help prevent anyone from being scammed.
