I was hired by this company and processed about 10 packages, 8 of them being pickups from the Verizon store. My 30 day probation period was April 15th. That day I was notified by email from someone in "payroll" and I was told that my check was sent out and should be arriving within 10 days. I still have not received anything and I'm not able to get in contact with anyone.

I was hired by Lyftow on March 2, 2025. I had processed 5 packages for them by April 2nd, 2025 (which was suppose to be my payday). Closer to April 2nd I had gotten 2 packages that were wrong. One of them was not in my CRM under my orders (which according to them is unusual) the package sat for so long that someone stole it. Of course, after it was taken, it showed up in my CRM. The second package showed up completely empty. And now I cannot get in contact with anyone. They are not responding to emails, phone calls, NOTHING. I did not want to believe that this job was a scam because of all the paperwork, training materials and the actual work that I processed but by them not communicating with me at all, I am forced to report them.
