I found BBQGrills.com while looking to purchase a Weber Searwood XL 600. This website looked legitimate and had the best price, so I placed an order. I received an email confirmation that the grill would be shipped within 7-10 business days. After waiting two weeks, I contacted the business and was told that the item was out of stock. After multiple emails and phone calls over the next two months, I got various versions of the same story, that there was a problem with the warehouse. I was ready to ask for a refund, but was offered an additional 10% to wait. I waited another two weeks and finally asked for a refund. I was told that the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. Three weeks later, I have finally filed a dispute with my credit card company.
