The company requested payment via MoneyGram / Western Union, which should have been a red flag. These payment methods offer no consumer protection and are often used in scams.

After payment was sent, I received what appeared to be a tracking number, but it was not valid and did not correspond to any shipment. Attempts to reach the company for a resolution were ignored. No goods were received, and no refund was provided.
