I bought a handbag on what appeared to be a Walmart website. When the order confirmation came through it was not Walmart branded. But did provide a order number and shipping detail. I never received the bag but did pay for it.

1/21/25 I went on a website i thought was Walmart and ordered a Hermes dupe handbag. I paid with a credit card, received a PayPal receipt email with an order #, all pertinent shipping and billing info, picture of product and an email if I have questions. It also has a link to view my order that works as well as a link to visit our store that works. Shortly after, I received an email via Track 715 listing shipping progress: https://www.track718.us/detail?nums=XCSU001557507BO&cb=3767&mail=6530. Until today’s final notice that it was delivered- PENNSAUKEN,New Jersey,08109,Delivered->Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox. I live in Mass. I never received my product. I contacted the seller via email from the website but I am not holding out much hope. Please advise how I should proceed. Thank you.
