On May 28th 2025 I purchased shoes from the LuxRack luxury website and I received a order number (6137404) I paid via PayPal. I never received an email order confirmation so I emailed for an update. Never received a response, so I started emailing almost everyday with no response back to this date. I tried contacting them through their Instagram page and still no reply. I've tried calling both numbers on their website (323-675-0093) & (323-577-5232) I even emailed from my work email and provided my proof of purchase. I went to the ScamPulse.com website and saw that they have not been replying to other people and not sending their orders so I decided to report here.
