The scam happened on Instagram, advertising post calling for a Birkenstok sale. The process looks legit. I received poor quality counterfeit product. While their service email maintained contact, they refused to pay for shipping to return products and refund me.

The website is promoted by ads claiming they have Birkenstock sandals for sale. You are directed to their website featuring ohotos of said product. Received product in mail today and they are not what is pictured st all and they are not made of leather, it is pure plastic. The smell is overwhelming. I was nervous that the purchase was too good to be true so I contacted them last week and they claimed their product was too quality etc etc. it is a total scam
