I placed an order in July of 2022 and accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, after the order was returned to the seller, I was contacted about providing an updated shipping address which I did provide. The seller ignored 5 separate emails, blocked me on Instagram when I asked for an update, and never sent the goods I paid for. I went on good faith knowing it was a one man business and gave him leeway to complete the order, however he never did, he took my money and kept the product I paid for. With how much time has passed, I am unable to file a complaint with my bank to recoup the funds. Based on my research, I am not alone in this experience, LowPro Apparel has a track record of taking customers money and not providing them with the goods they paid for or taking upwards of a year to actually send out orders. This man needs to have his business shut down.
