I purchased a product online for $200 but did not receive shipping status or tracking number, so I called the provided customer service phone number. When I called, they took me through a series of steps on my phone to allegedly access my tracking ID. Along the way they accessed my apple pay and took $500 from my account. When I confronted them, they said they needed my social security number to reimburse me. I refused to give SSN and they refused to reimburse. I hung up and filed a complaint with my bank. I still don't know about the status of the product. If I don't receive it, I will be out an additional $200.
