I lost my suitcase at Seattle International Airport. I googled lost and found Seattle airport on my phone, and in my haste I clicked on the result for this business (vs for the airport). They positioned themselves as partners with the airport, and promised to work on my behalf to get my suitcase back. They charge me ~120 for the service. Upon enrolling, I got a series of automated emails prompting me for more information. And then I never heard back. 8 days later I decided to file a claim directly with the airport. My bag was identified the same day, and in my conversation with the Lost and Found representative at the airport, I was told that they had no working relationship with this company.
