We are long time customers of Los Alamitos Lock Service. I googled Los Alamitos Lock to get the phone number... When I called it didn't sound like the usual way the phone is answered. I asked if this was Los Alamitos Lock. She said yes. I asked if it was the Los Alamitos Lock on Los Alamitos Blvd. She told me they closed the storefront and are just dispatching locksmiths now. It didn't make sense as I had driven by Los Alamitos Lock the day before. When I found the correct number the gentleman on the phone said this other company was posing as them and stealing their business. He did not know they were now telling people they closed the storefront. The phone number for the fraudulent company is (562) 566-4252. Their website is losalamitoslocksmith.net. The number for the actual company is (562) 431-0047. The correct website is losallock.com. I called the fraudulent company and told her what I thought of their little scheme and I would be reporting them to the better business bureau. Thank you!
