On Nov. 30th, 2025 I went online to Everbrite, to purchase my ticket to attend AfroSocaLove's event on 12/5/2025 at The Venue in Memphis, TN. The link was not connecting so I can process a payment via my Everbrite app. So I found the Event by searching on google, which led me to a website called Looptickets.com. I was able to successfully make my one-time purchase for the event on 12/5/2025. When it was time to attend the event at The Venue, my sister and I were informed the event was cancelled, but no notifications were provided on their behalf. I have written [email protected] twice and no one has responded via email. I'm not sure what kind of games are being played, but it isn't professional. I now 22dollar isn't much to fuss over, but I certainly could have done something better with it. This is boarder line scam behavior. I would like my 22.35 refunded please
