This company designed a logo for my prior LLC years ago. The LLC has since closed and is no longer in operations of any form. The Logo Synergy representative reached out and made claims that I would be held personally responsible for $30,000 dollars in legal fees. They pressured me to pay them $300 to resolve the issue. They even sent a fake notes days later that had numerous grammatical errors
