Another victim in Tennessee

I have been a victim in a similar way from this company. I know since its a scam we probably have no recourse, has anyone investigated if we have any legal rights to pursue a class action lawsuit?

Big time scam!

This company tries to give u so much information like they are legit! I sent a few packages for about 3 weeks! This Harley & Billie person would always call me asking if the package was shipped. And the packages that needed to be picked up they weee not in my name so I was not able to get the packages and when I told them that they would email or txt me an authorization letter with a copy of the person I’d from the person the package name is in but I would notice the that the first name was different then the first name on the id so I believe they were using our id’s and putting it in the authorization letters and using our last names on the packages and making up a first name! And as soon as I asked about my payment they also deactivated my access on the dashboard now I have to change my bank acct information so they won’t be trying to pay people from my account! I’m looking into finding a way to report them because every one’s reviews are the exact same

I just got scammed as well, was supposed to get paid on the 29th but did not. When I contacted them they said, it could take 24-48 hours and that accounting does not work on weekends but here I am, 4 days later and still no pay nor has anyone answered my emails.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!
I’ve also been sending packages for this company since September it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone when it got close to my payday they locked me out of my account so I couldn’t log into the dashboard. I've should’ve knew something was wrong when I went to pick up a package and the person who’s name was actually on the package was there picking up the package and he asked who sent me I showed him the company’s name & package information & he said he’s never heard of them. I gave this fake company all my information never received a payment and despite my many attempts to get in contact with them they will not answer a call or respond to an email. I’m reporting this to every website. PLEASE do your research on things like this I wouldn’t want this to happen to anyone

Agreed just found out by reading this after making numerous attempts to get in contact with someone. Was supposed to get paid yesterday didn’t happen and now that I’ve sent all these concerns on the dashboard as well emailed them. I am now locked out. It’s crazy because they viewed my profile on indeed and reached out to me but I never sent that W-4 back to them.

ALl the things above but never used any money to pay for anything stopped when I told them I will not pick up packages from FEDEX or UPS.
STAY AWAY THEY ARE Chinese SCAMMERS and they used the name of Billie TAn for one side And Hartley Winston for another side supposedly she was the boss Billie was the scheduler.

Scam! Login page for Logistics KML Dashboard

This is where I had to login everyday to report package info and where they posted packages to be inspected and shipped. As the payday started approaching I was bo longer able to log on and no one will answer calls, text, emails, etc. See my other review as I’m just adding a picture to go along with my complaint/review.

My experience was the exact same as all the other reviewers. Beware Logistics KML is a scam. I did work for them for a few weeks, but trying to get someone on the phone or to respond to an email was like pulling teeth. They kept asking me to fill out a W-4 form, but because of the experience I was already having with them I did not. I voiced my concerns about the company being legit and they way business was being handled and they said oh well you can work for a while first to make sure you’re comfortable before providing the W-4. They also provided me with a employee identification number to verify through the IRS site and what looked like some legit legal papers to prove legitimacy. Thankfully I didn’t give up my social security number or bank account info. Sadly they do have my number, address, id, and email. Also all of a sudden I was no longer able to log on to the dashboard that was used for work. I’m assuming it’s because it getting close to the day they are supposed to pay me.

I was scammed by logistics kml. They emailed me first about a package inspection position saying I’d be making 2400 a month plus 45 dollars for each package I shipped off. Then had to wait a month for first check. Now it was a month Saturday so I ain’t got paid and then on top I supposedly got a promotion. They pay off balances on credit card so I could go buy product to ship off to customers but the lady who offer me the position was giving me people checking account info to pay my credit cards but all payments got rejected due to no funds from there end so one of credit cards had gave available credit and I bought a iPad for 700 dollars and shipped it off to a supposedly customer and now I owe that on the credit card. I called texted and emailed and now I can’t log in on the dashboard anymore. People are so stupid and childish to do others like this but god got them. God don’t like ugly and their day is coming. God will punish them.I really thought this was real and legit but it’s now. Same supervisor numbers but different names that are on Carlos report

I been sending packages off sense sept I suppose to get paid today for my first check I call the numbers they gave me for manger to get in touch with nobody answer or called me back yet so I feel like it’s scam it’s suppose to be a work from home job delivery package I’m trying to figure out what goin on nobody return my call yet but wen they send packages and give me packages they call tell got new task so is this a scam or what goin on

Type of a scam Employment

This is a brushing scam. Individual or individuals reaches out to you per email saying their company is hiring for work at home packer inspectors. If you are interested you would kindly provide your full name phone number and email address so that we can contact you. Once they contact you they offer you a large sum of money 2400 a month plus bonuses. You have to inspect the packages which they would send you up to 10 packages a week and then take pictures of any damage packages, and you would use a printer to print a prepaid label you would take the packages to UPS or postal service and ship them out once you've completed each week of sending out their packages they would mail you a check or you could have your money sent through Western Union or other means. You also had a dashboard that would tell you when the packages would arrive. They send you electronic agreement where they ask for your driver's license to do a background check on. You're not ask for any money up front. It all seems so legal. But it's a scam beware. If you want to know what a brushing scam is Google it or talk to a Better Business Bureau associate and they will give you examples of a brushing scam. So unfortunate that people would do these things.
