I purchased an item from a company called Lock Loops via PayPal. I don't see any record of it any where and the company is not responding to emails nor have they sent my product. My transaction occurred 8/20/2025. Transaction ID:

Merchant Transaction:

I received an email 8/22/2025

saying the item had shipped but the email shows no tracking number. I have emailed the company over 5 times with only one response on 9/2 saying there was an error and the item would be shipped but nothing else since then and still no item.
