My step son purchased Amazon gift card for $100.00 from local merchant. Card was sealed. The card code had one digit not legible. Contacted Amazon and the card had been used. Amazon will not help because my step son does not have the receipt. My husband had the same issue a few months ago but we had the receipt. What steps is Amazon taking to stop the fraud?
