Multiple calls a day from different numbers stating I have a preapproved load of up to $70k. Automated system gives the option to be added to the do not call list by pressing 9. It results in nothing happening. Calls continue days after.

Crestwood Loan Advisors have continued to call me from various toll free numbers over 10 (sometimes 15) times a day. I have blocked each number but they keep calling from different ones. This has to stop.

Numerous and constant calls for lending. These calls are daily, and constantly rotating local numbers. I can find no way to stop these calls, and reporting them as spam doesn’t make them stop.

I received multiple phone calls every day from different numbers that I continuously block. The numbers that are being called from won't allow you to call them back directly. They leave a message stating "This is Sally Foster with TD Lending Union underwriting. I've tried to connect prior to the new year and wasn't able. Your file shows you're nearly approved for $59000. To finalize call 866-959-0957." I've called this number back about 20 times and asked that I be taken off of their call list and it never happens. At this point this is harassment and something needs to be done.

I have received almost daily phone calls with area codes ranging from my own (316) to area codes all over the US (these are all area codes of numbers leaving the same voicemail: 843, 844, 445, 502, 276, 980, 539, 408, 835, 943, 470, 731, 715, 209, 785, 645, and more) from different phone numbers repeatedly leaving voicemails stating "pre- approval offer, but have been unable to connect with you. To speak with our underwriting team and complete the process, press 1 now. Your loan is almost complete but we need to verify a few final details before proceeding. If you would like to move forward with your loan request, press 1 now to connect with our underwriting team. If you no longer wish to receive updates, you may press 9 to opt out. Please note a live representative cannot process opt out requests, you must press 9 to be removed. Please call us back at 833 746 6947 as soon as possible and ask for the verification or underwriting department to avoid any delays in processing your loan." OR "Calling you with an important update regarding your $65,000 consolidation loan pre-approval offer. To speak with us and finalize your application press 1 now. if you no longer wish to proceed with this offer be aware that our agents cannot process opt out requests. you must press 9 to be removed. Keep in mind your offer expires at the end of April. To get your loan processed as soon as possible press 1 now or call us back at 833 746 947 and ask to speak with the preapproval department".

They've even left a 3 minute voicemail with this statement being repeated multiple times and at one point I can hear the message stop and someone say something unintelligible and state 'please try again' before the message played again (that call was from (455) 316-7414). Sometimes the numbers will call two times in a row. I have never answered the call and report and block each number every time they call.

Aside from taking out student loans in college, I have never spoken with anyone other than my personal bank about loans.
