I was looking for a kitten online, came across this website and started a dialogue with the owners. It was strictly via email. When it cam down to sending payment I decided to do some digging and found that the email address being used, [email protected], was also used with someone who reported their issues to the BBB. Also, when they asked for the money, they offered up an email and instructions to send the money via Zelle...

I did additional searches and couldn't find any info regarding this email address or the person's name.
