I ordered a 24 Day Christmas Elf on the Shelf kit on 11/22/2022, order#6295S82810. I received order confirmation emails on same day. Then, I got a tracking notification email from Xborderpay E-commerce confirming my order and saying it would show up on my bank statement as “littlefoliage*UK”. The amount they showed was $10 more than when I checked out. Also they said a label was created from Los Angeles, CA for shipping. I went the next day to check updates on tracking and it hadn’t changed. Then, I got another email on 11/24 with a tracking number from a different courier [email protected], saying it had updated and was in transit to customs in Paris, France! I emailed them to get an update and ask why it was in France if I live in the USA & they created the label in the USA. So, on 11/25 I got an email saying it wasn’t a scam and they sent me the following message that there are 2 tracking numbers. One for the tracking inside the exporting country, and one for it in the destination country. This was the tracking number they provided me.

That tracking number showed no change that it had been accepted by USPS postal service. And I still never got an explanation why my package was in France. I emailed again saying I needed an update on 11/28 thinking maybe it hadn’t changed due to Thanksgiving holiday. I also realized there was no contact phone number or address anywhere on their website. I emailed again saying I was reporting them and I wanted a refund bc I still had no updates on my package after almost a week. On 11/29 they emailed me saying they understand and they were urging the shipping company to update tracking info. They did not acknowledge my request for a refund. I emailed back on same day saying I either wanted correct update on where my package is or I wanted a refund. They emailed back on 12/1 with the same tracking number and it had still not changed from a label being created! I emailed back again saying this was unacceptable and I wanted clarification on their shipping process and why I was getting one tracking saying it was in France & one saying a label was created in CA. This was their response to me on 12/2 below:

“Our goods may be shipped from France, but the final package will meet your requirements

We have many warehouses around the world.

We usually choose the one that has stock and is close to our

customers' addresses to arrange the shipment.”

At this point I just want my money back bc I have not received any valid shipping information and I haven’t received my product I paid for. I did not get my product in the time I needed it either so I won’t be able to use it. Please help me get my money back & shut this scammer down!!!
