I order skates and got emails that my complete ,shipped and delivered . I never received anything. Try emailing never got respond, tried calling and it won't go thru. Tried tracking my order but won't let me . Was really looking forward to receiving my skates , instead I get scammed for $75 . ?

Really good skates! I use mine to ride by the beach and they handle sand/ a little water without any issues. Definitely recommend these for a beginner.

I was unsure about buying a skate brand that I’ve never heard of but I took a chance because I wanted to buy suede skates to be light on my feet. I read the reviews and felt confident it would be ok. I recently tried impala skates and they hurt my feet terribly and were heavy. When I got these skates I immediately loved the color. I slid my foot into the boot and it was heaven! It cushioned my entire foot and there was no discomfort anywhere at all. The wheels were so bouncy and smooth when skating! I used to feel pain in my shins and arches with other skates but these did not trigger those pains. I’m so happy with my purchase!

Great skates, very comfortable and true to sizing. Light up wheels are fun and work well. They feel sturdy but still move with you nicely.

I placed an order a month ago n received nothing n the number doesnt exist to call them wow ..we people work hard for our money to receive nothing in return to use im pist why i dont order online i want my money back or my skates pissed off customer...u should be ashame of yourself for scamming honest people

I bought two pairs of couple skates, but I bought a boyfriend whose size is one size smaller. I'm sorry, it was my negligence. I contacted the customer service and they responded promptly and immediately changed the size for me. Thanks, i am waiting for their arrival.

I never received my order. I placed my roller skates order March 23. I received a email on April 22 with a tracking number for FedEx stating that my order was on the way. When I tried the tracking number it was nonexistent. As of today May 14, I still have not received my skates nor a refund of $75.95.

I purchased skates from this company that advertised on Google on 4/9/21. The goods were never sent. I asked for a refund on 4/11/21. They refused and said that the goods had been sent, however they sent a fake tracking number. I've asked many times for a refund and they continue to lie and say that it has been shipped. I have not received anything. This is the new tracking number that was sent that says a label was created on 4/12/21, but nothing has ever been shipped.

DO NOT buy from this company! They are a scam. They have a fake phone number and if you try to call it, no one picks up. EVER. If you want to email them don’t even bother they don’t like to respond. And if they do then it will be days later. All they want is your money and you don’t even get the skates. I ordered a week ago and still haven’t gotten a tracking number for my order, even through email.

Company says you can get a refund if you cancel writing 24 hours but the email provided for cancelation request does not respond right away. It took the business 5 days to respond to the initial email and now they're saying they won't cancel the order for a refund.

Sorry you had to deal with that too. At first it looks so real and I even checked out the reviews and they were great as well. You really have to dig deeper to find the bad reviews and when you do you’ll realize they hide all the bad reviews.
