I placed and paid for merchandise online through a Macys website?. Confirmation and tracking number received. Tracking says it was delivered but I never received anything, I checked with my neighbors just to be sure they hadn't received it. I have been trying to get in touch with the company for 3 months trying to get this resolved. I finally reported this to my bank for help to get my money back.

Lindaforte sent email saying items I purchased were shipped and then also said was delivered but no items were delivered to my address, contacted the company and have not gotten any information back at all.
