I ordered clothes online from what appeared to be the Lilly Pulitzer website. I paid through PayPal. I never received my items. It said “Garan International Limited” on the confirmation page. No credible phone number nor email address. It said “Garan International Limited is unable to help, you can file a case in our resolution center by November 22, 2025.” But absolutely no information anywhere on how to contact them. I assume that the “Transaction ID” number is false. As I ordered (I THOUGHT) from Lilly Pulitzer, it says on my confirmation page: Seller info, Garan International Limited, +852 55279931, [email protected]
