I ordered 2 masks on Feb 2024 and it delivered on May 6th 2024 and items received were not as described via online and the ones purchased were more expensive compared to the others offered due to more art designs on masks. I contacted MS REYES ARTE and requested a refund at first due to masks weren’t the same quality as what online displayed and described and the design on the second mask is the one that costed less and i paid for the expensive one, she then advised to me the first mask they had to use another type of masks due to their own distributor not having the original ones and offered me an option to where she will send the first mask in Oct of 2024 (because that’s when they will receive more) and will replace the first mask and to resend the second mask to her so she can add the missing designs and re send the second mask back to me and if she did not get anything in Oct for the first mask she will contact me back and seek if i want refund or if i want to look into buying other merchandise that compares to the same value as mask one, due to her telling she is a honest person and she gives me her word i went ahead and accepted offer and sent back second mask and received confirmation that it was delivered and picture of item near their front door and texted MS REYES ARTE of confirmation and response wasn’t received from her. Its now Jan 2025 and i have yet to hear from her, she has all my contact info and still continues to promote her business on her Instagram account MSREYESARTE including the masks. I still have not received the first mask nor the second mask that i had sent for her to redo and was going to send back to me right away. She is scamming people for her hand painted art but does not deliver at reasonable timeframe and quality is so poorly done as if no time was taken into making her own art pieces. Nor tries to reach out to you and her excuse is she has a lot of people to contact back and lots of orders to make. If she wasn’t able to deliver on time or provide quality service/art pieces she should not be promoting her business for others to buy more of her “art” while backed up on years plus of other orders and rushing the quality of her pieces.
