It is highly recommended to access your control panel at least once a day to receive daily shipment updates from our Technical Department. All tracking and processing information including date of delivery, incoming and outgoing tracking numbers, name and content of the packages, as well as prepaid shipping labels will be available here. Please note that our system logs your login history to the control panel and we reward diligent and responsible employees.

It is important to make yourself available at home during the scheduled package delivery time to avoid any lost, misplaced or undelivered packages. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to receiving, processing and sending packages. We will email you a detailed description of all the necessary steps for effective and efficient operations.

During the probationary period your monthly salary is USD $1840 paid after 31 days after the first package is successfully processed. Also, you will receive USD $25 bonus for every package shipped out within 12 hours of its delivery time or issuance of a prepaid shipping label.

Starting with the second month of the job period your salary increases up to USD $2790 per month plus USD $25 bonus for each package successfully processed within 12 hours. On average, you will process 25-40 packages per month (subject to change).

Your control panel is designed to show the current month’s salary and earned bonuses for the packages shipped out within 12 hours. Furthermore, you can choose your preferred method of salary on your control panel in the Settings section.

Our Finance Department will email you once you successfully ship out your first package informing about your scheduled salary date and confirming your preferred payment method – PayPal, direct deposit or paper check. You are requested to ship out all USPS, FedEx or UPS packages via official USPS, FedEx or UPS offices respective, avoid using EXPRESS BUSINESS CENTERS or PICK-UP. We have noticed that packages sent via these types of centers or pick-up can be delayed or lost. Therefore, you should use official USPS, FedEx or UPS offices to ensure smooth operations.

Furthermore, you should always remember to obtain OFFICIAL RECEIPTS for shipped packages as it helps us to find packages in case of delays or lost. The proof of sent packages might be compromised without official receipts. Therefore, it is in your best interest to keep all the paperwork intact.

This is to outline the importance of prepaid shipping labels to ensure smooth shipping of delivered packages. Please read the following points and follow them strictly:

1) Once prepaid shipping label is issued, it must be utilized as soon as possible (that is why we advise the 12-hour window) to send a package. Sometimes labels are purchased with a time limit. After a specific period of time, they may become no longer valid even though USPS, FedEx or UPS accepts the package first. Please DO NOT DELAY shipping to keep prepaid shipping labels valid.

2) Normally, each prepaid shipping label is used for one outgoing package. If the same label is used twice, both packages might never get delivered and money will not be returned by USPS, FedEx or UPS for the purchased label, causing financial loss to the company. Therefore, pay attention to instructions on your control panel or/and by your supervisor.

3) Sometimes Technical Department asks to combine several packages and use one prepaid shipping label. This means that two (or more) separately delivered packages should be placed into one box and one prepaid shipping label should be used. DO NOT PLACE the same prepaid shipping label on two boxes; the packages would not get delivered.

4) Printing quality of prepaid shipping labels must be of superior quality so the BAR CODE on the label is clearly visible and scanned by USPS, FedEx or UPS. It could happen that initially USPS, FedEx or UPS accepts the package but then due to bad quality of printing and inability to scan the bar code, package gets lost. Therefore, PRINTING MUST BE SUPERIOR.

5) Please remember to remove any old labels/invoices from the delivered packages to avoid confusion. The outgoing package(s) should have a new prepaid shipping label glued to the box.

6) Attention must be paid when many packages arrive at the same time and many labels are issued. Sometimes mistakes happen and wrong label can be placed on the package. Therefore, it is important to double check the incoming tracking number and the outgoing tracking number (new prepaid shipping label) as per the control panel information.

7) Once you successfully ship out any package and it is confirmed on the control panel, our Technical Department will accept it. Your bonus will be added and the package will no longer be available in the main section of your control panel. That means that the task is completed.

Some packages may be delivered with different receiver’s name. Our order processing managers find it convenient to mark the processed orders with different names for efficient and effective record keeping.

Many orders come from various customers, which are processed by different managers, who need to distinguish similar types of purchases going to the same logistics managers. Therefore, please access your control panel to know in advance complete details of the scheduled packages, such as incoming tracking number, receiver’s name, description, etc. If necessary, inform your family members so packages are not returned to the sender by mistake.

The following instructions will show you how to successfully process packages using your control panel:

1) Access your control panel by clicking the link http://l-panel.com with your username and password created during the registration process.

2) Click on NEW PACKAGES to view your scheduled tasks.

3) Click on SENT PACKAGES to review your completed tasks.

4) Click on SETTINGS to select your preferred method of salary, which appears on your control panel with bonuses earned for completed tasks.

5) Check your control panel at least twice a day to stay up-to-date with scheduled packages.

6) Message “Please wait for the package” appears for the scheduled package(s).

7) Click on PACKAGE RECEIVED to confirm package(s) delivery.

8) Message “Please wait for the shipping label” shows after delivery confirmation is submitted.

9) Download the prepaid shipping label(s) for the required package(s) by clicking on “Please download the label”.

10) Print the downloaded label (high quality printing is required), attach it to the package (after removing any old label(s) and invoice(s) and ship out the package(s) within 12 HOURS to earn your bonus of USD $25 per package.

11) You are requested to obtain an official receipt from UPS, USPS or FedEx, which will show date, time, weight and amount of ZERO $ (since it is prepaid shipping label). It is the proof that the package was sent successfully within the required time frame.

12) Confirm by clicking on PACKAGE SENT button once it is successfully shipped out via official UPS, USPS or FedEx facilities. DO NOT USE DROP-OFF BOX, BUSINESS CENTRES or PICK-UP, they all lead to lost, misplaced or delayed packages.

13) Message “Thank you!” appears when the Technical Department is able to track the package, allocate your bonus and move information on your sent package(s) to SENT PACKAGES section.
