I purchased weight loss supplements and I have kept in close contact with the merchant. I asked the merchant when would my order arrive since it had already been marked delivered for several days. The merchant stated that they would send me a reshipment but I would have to pay half the price that I had already paid. I stated to the merchant that was not fair as the customer because I had already transferred $363 to the merchant then they are asking me to pay half of that for a reshipment. I asked the merchant for a refund since I still have not received my products and the merchant has not been responding to any of my emails. I also asked the merchant for proof of delivery such as a signature or photo of where the package was even delivered to but the merchant couldn’t provide that to me. So, I contacted the courier and asked them about my package and they stated that they do not recall my package specifically and this was mentioned to the merchant. After this was mentioned to the merchant, they started to ignore me. I feel like the merchant is wanting me to continue paying them for a product that I never received the first time so how is it fair for the customer to repay?? This is a scam.
