I was calling my liberty car insurance and i connected to these people and they told me that they were liberty car insurance and ask for all my information. I gave them all my infor thinking that they were my car insurance people. Then i get a letter in the mail saying that they see a transaction was being attempetent to be procected but it didnt go through. So i was told by liberty muatral that they never receive a payment. So i check with my bank and they said that they received a letter from specpay that was suppose to have a sign agreement with them. I never sign anything with them. They sent a sign paper with a sign agreement, but its not my signatrue. So could you please try and investergate this for me. The bank that gave these people my money dont want to have anything to do with this situation because im no longer with them, but didnt even want to investergate this matter anymore because im no longer with them. I feel like my bank didnt take the proper proper proceivture in.vestergationing this matter. In only two week they contacted meand said they receive a letter from them in a two week investergation. My bank was flagstar ******* ** ****** *** ******** *** ** ************* ****** ***** **** ********* *
