this group is calling me from 855-343-6088 ext 139 her name is Cynthia Rivers and 855-202-9798, saying I own $680.00 from a loan out online back in 2012 , they have my last name as VEGA has my address of *** *** ** and an aol email which is not valid any more for about 10 years. They have a hold last name, but have my SS# . Told me that I told out a loan online and that they have send me letters and emails to my last know address, now going to court for LIGATIONS. And if I don't sign and give them a credit card that they will continue with process, I would be served and have to got to court. I did give them my new name and Credit Card information to send me the Docs to see when I "supposal " took out this loan. It's not on my credit , they hold me not yet. Would not give any information but I applied for a loan for $500.00 online and was put into my chase account , they despite the money and I never paid. They can send me anything till I give them my card and sign the document. This sounds like a scam to me ,I need help to see if there are legit or not. I have a email they send me , I have NOT sign it.
