Googled a dumpster company and found liberty dumpster. The order process was relatively easy. When I was almost done filling out my order info, the page reloaded and went back to the main page. I then received a call to finish my order. I was told a contract would be emailed to me, which it was. I received a text message reminding me to sign the contract. I ended up not needing the dumpster, and called the company back less than an hour after placing my order. I was told someone would call me back about canceling the order. I never received a call. I emailed and texted the people who asked me to sing the contract- never heard back. I called 3 more times and was told “Queen” the manager would call me back about canceling. She never called me. I am trying to fight this charge through Capitol One.
