I ordered Pilates Reformer Set in pink on 1/24/2025. I received it on . When I opened it, there were no signs of the company branding: logo, name, etc anywhere on the package therefore I did not know where it was from. Even the from shipping label was not from Lhanel but from "Outbound." I opened it and immediately saw that it wasn't the same pilates board on the their website. Everything from the design of the board, the resistance bands, the push up attachments, and the knee pad are not the same as what is stated on their website. I was also missing the cellphone holder and $40 gift card that their website said comes with that set. Even the knee pad looked dirty or used. I contacted them immediately via email explaining to them of what I received and I also included pictures. I asked for the one that is pictured on their website. Their response was that these boards are new. I then replied saying this is not what I ordered and want the one that is pictured on their website. They responded again about this is their new board, etc.
At this point, I did not want to keep this board as they are not following their own policy "If your item is within the first 30 days after its delivery and your item is damaged or wrong items were delivered send us evidence at [email protected] and a replacement will be sent at no cost in expedite shipment as soon as possible!" I also found the exact same board on Temu for 1/4th of the price. I sent this to them stating what I found and that I do not want Temu quality. Lhanel still did not want to give me the board that is on their website. At this point, I wanted a return label and full refund. They then explained that I will be responsible for the shipping costs of $50-$70 if I wanted to return it. $50-$70! I only paid $9.95 to have it shipped to me! Why are they trying to mark up the return by a 688.89% increase! That is ridiculous and more so because their website did not state that customer must pay this ridiculous amount in shipping charges! I can understand $9.95, but not $50-$70! I did a screen shot of their website including their return policy and sent it back to them stating this is not what their website states. After waiting a few days, they responded that I still needed to pay the $50-$70 shipping costs to return it. I then went back to their website and ironically, they CHANGED THEIR ENTIRE WEBSITE, including changing their return policy. I also have screenshots of this change. I went on it today and it looks like they changed it again.
I have yet to hear back from them and have not received a full resolution to my complaint.
Do not purchase from this website.
