I was looking for a on line loan when I received an email saying I was approver for 6000 dollar loan, I was contacted by Ryan Paul via telephone and began the process. since my account was in the negative they deposited 2,045.62 into my account on 9-15-2022, after I was contacted again by Ryan Paul and told that I needed to send back 1000 of the money to help boost my credit score, which I did using to walmart pre paid master cards, he told me that the 6000 would be deposited into my account on next business day, On 9-19-2022 the check was returned due to ISF and my account was overdrawn over 2000 dollars, he then informed me that the remaining 80 dollars needed to be returned before they could make the deposit, which I also sent with a walmart pre paid master card, he has not answered any of my calls or emails and my account is 2500 overdrawn.

This person, along with several others from the same company, have called, texted and emailed me all times of the day and night. I know it’s a scam because of the information they are using for me is inaccurate. They call to supposedly verify your info, when in fact, they are calling to retrieve your info.

This is not the real company. If you are checking your credit score or on credit karma or any of those sites please be careful because these people pray on those who are working on their credit and pretend to be lending tree the real company when they are not and they are lending tree LLC or pretend to be rather they will harass you on the phone tell you you have been approved for a loan between 3000 and 10,000 or even more dollars and usually they are all have Indian accents or some sort of foreign accent they will ask you to buy a gift card send a money I only know this because I’ve read it on this Better Business Bureau because I check out every company before I do so I would never send anybody money for money please don’t do this these people are scammers they want your bank account login information do not give it to them I repeat please do not give them your bank account information login information last four of your Social Security or any of those types of things they will take your money and you will never see anything again

I never inquired at Lending Tree LLC, never contacted them, never went on their website, never clicked on their advertisement. Yet, since March 9, 2021 i am inundated with phone calls and text messages every day, about 20 each day, emanating from shoddy Loan companies, refinancing companies. They all refer to Lending Tree as the source. All aggressively and with poor social and commercial skills want to "follow up" on an alleged refinance loan. They mention the address of my house, which happens to be owned outright, and mention a first name that is not mine. It appears that someone is using Lending Tree, LLC to conduct attempts of Identity Theft and thereby obtain loans or other illicit financial gain. From this frightening experience, i deduct that the way Lending Tree conducts business, and the financial companies/ loan sharks they work with, is at least complicit in Identity Theft, be it by sheer absence of protection of customers' information, and non verification of the identity of whomever contacts them for service. I contacted Lending Tree customer service to have them remove my phone number from their list, and they said they would "send me an email" to confirm, which basically will inform the crooks and identity thieves that they are now free to present their own phone number for the scam, and i remain even more at risk of identity theft, thanks to Lending Tree LLC. The names of the companies involved were Lower, New American Funding, Amerisave Mortgage Corporation, Loan Depot, and a several others who did not even care to identify themselves. This is appalling. And that it is "legal" is even more appalling.

I had a stroke and was looking for a loan to catch up on some bills this company got my info and I waited for the funds to hit my account it never happened but then someone else emailed me with bad language I knew then it was a scan after I emailed me Andy and told him to shred my information or he will hear from my lawyer..I'm so scared I pray they don't scam anyone else
