Recieved notice in mail with what looked like a check made to me, yet left blank where i should sign. Addressed to me, letter stateing:

This letter is to inform you about an important matter regarding my property ( states my address)

Says: we reserve the right to revoke allocated waiver after days of receiving this notice.

Please call IMMEDIATELY, Then gives a phone number to call
