It is a recorded message stating they are trying to deliver legal documents and I am supposed to call back 986-895-5544 or 888-689-5961. It states at the end there may be more damages occurred and this message is to let me know I have been served.

The buisness calls themselves legal services when you call them back or they call you. They look up old debts and than call you and say that they are collecting a debt, that if you dont pay right now they are sending a process server to your job with a garnishment. They also state there are charges pending against you and they use a court name near you. They have also tapped into an actual court phone line and called from that number pronouncing the city incorrectly and stating they were calling from a court that no longer exists. They threaten and harass you and than find relatives phone numbers and start calling them stating that you are gonna be arrested and trying to get them to pay. They use the names justin, Dan holder, Sarah Washington to name a few. Do not give these scammers any money. I have contacted a consumer attorney in this matter

They wanted me to verify who I was before giving me any info. They told me they had a care that hadn’t been filed yet. Someone they couldn’t say who hired location services. I hadn’t been in that county in over 20 years. I’m not even in the state. It sounded like a scam.

They called claiming they were a government agency & wanted a credit card number for a $3,000.00 payment. When I said I wanted there info they cursed me & hung up on me.

Received call then voicemail claiming to be legal services advising me that within 24hrs if I do not contact them I will be arrested by local police - claiming I currently have 4 claims against me.

I woman by the name is Susan Walker and Andy left a voicemail saying they were bringing court proceeding against me. They have my social security number. They have been harassing my personal cell now my office cell. They used lude and culturally offensive language towards me. PLEASE work to shut down the business.

We have been left numerous voicemails and when I called back a lady by the name of Olivia Fowler said she is going to pursue criminal charges against my mother 2 felony charges 1 for check fraud and the 2nd for banking violations. She said if I didn't come up with 600 in 1 hour she was going to write off on the case and an apprehension order was going into effect and my mother would be picked up and put in jail.

A man and a woman were selling raffle tickets outside of the Dollar Tree on Markham last night, November 23. The two were sitting at a folding card table and pictures of signs from other stores cut out to represent the "sponsors" of the raffle. Each ticket was $1 and was said to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters. The people were asked if they were volunteers for Big Brothers Big Sisters and they changed their story and said they work for Legal Services and the money would be given to Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Big Brothers Big Sisters is not, at this time, conducting a raffle of any kind through our own organization or through any partnerships.

A person from the phone number (216) 769-5249 called and asked for someone I had never heard. They claimed the person they were searching for had used our home number for contact. We have lived and had the same phone number for 5 years (Florida) They told us to expect an investigator to arrive unannounced at our home with no notice.

When I called them back they would not tell me any information. No address, no names and hung up on me multiple times.

When I reported the call on the "White Pages" website, it listed 5 other similar complaints.
