Got several voice mails from 888-609-9452 saying that if I don’t call, legal action will be taken without saying who. Companies are supposed to call within banking hours and not supposed to leave threatening voicemails…. Definitely a scam.

My two sisters have received a call and were left with a voicemail about a civil suit against me. The woman didn't leave a name or a business name. There was nothing in the mail of papers being served. The woman left a phone 888-549-7145 and some digits to give them when I call. I went ahead and checked with the county clerk of my area and have no civil suits against me.

Caller stated there were pending allegations against his son and he needed to call 855-510-2191 to avoid court.
