Only after I contacted them did they admit it had been shipped to a warehouse in Canada first. Even though the package was already late, they did not expedite the shipment to my home, and it arrived well after the required date.
The product was also materially misrepresented. It appeared to be a plug-and-play lighting solution but arrived as 20 small lights with exposed wires, no plug, adapter, or instructions. The website did not make this clear. The item is unusable without additional components and wiring knowledge.
I am filing this complaint to document false advertising, misleading delivery claims, and unacceptable customer service. I request a full refund and want this on record to protect other consumers.
