I waited patiently for a year and 2 months. Finally in march i sent then an email requesting an update. NO response. Again i sent an email in april. NO response. I used their website contact. NO response.
I decided to message them on instagram. NO response.
Finally i saw multiple people commenting that they cant get in contact with them about their order. I respectfully commented i also cant reach them. They BLOCKED me and deleted the post.
Currently trying to get my money back through affirm.
