Phone message left on my phone 5/22/2025 stating a lien would be place on my bank account if I did not contact them back. I left a message and called them again on 5/23/2025. The woman on the phone was rude and attempting to intimidate me stating I already had been spoken to previously and the lien cost as well as the cost of this process incurred would also be my responsibility. When I went on to say I would be filing a police report, she also said I couldn't file a police report and only had 1-3 days to make the full payment.

She proceeded to hang up on me when I said I was retired law enforcement and believe her and her company was a scam. I called the number back and proceeded to ask her, "so is this how you treat people who are asking questions and not just handing over the money; you hang up without answering questions. Ultimately when I asked for the contact persons name & number; her name and position, she hung up again.

Got a text message on my mothers cell phone not my number to contact the telephone number regarding and important mediation matter once I called they searched up by the number I provided them which is not my number asked was I the person they said the name on the text message I said it is I then was told let me get you to your case worker rep or something along those lines and put on hold I hung up after a few minutes assumed it was a scam
