I ordered Christmas pajamas for my family and they were never received. I emailed my dissatisfaction and the said they would be delivered soon. I emailed back after months requesting a refund and then the sent an email saying it was delivered. I NEVER received my packages or a refund. It. Is. A. Scam!

Advertised originally as Children's Place, stating pajama sale. Ordered several items. Over 2 months later, item finally stated it was delivered by usps but was not. Tried emailing and got no response.

I saw a old navy add for pajama pants clicked on it ordered pants they sent a email saying received my order then nothing I contacted old navy they said that it was not theirs when I click on it I got taken to a different site but I didn't know that . There is a email [email protected] I get AI generated responses with a tracking number but the site takes you no where they keep saying they are in route . But give me no other way to contact them. I tried to file a complaint on your site but I don't have other information on company. They did take money out of my bank account.
