I ordered pajamas from what I thought was Old Navy, but it turns out that it was not. I could not track the order, nor could I find my order on their website. When I emailed them, they said it was on the way. After several emails I requested a refund, and all I get are auto generated responses.

I saw a pre-Black Friday ad on Facebook, which included an Old Navy logo. I assumed it was an outlet sale to reduce overstock, since the prices were extremely low. The order was placed on November 1, 2024, and I received an email confirmation of the order on November 2, 2024. On November 22, 2024, my credit card statement arrived with a $36.93 charge on November 2, 2024, with the description "AXIMODERNUNIQUE BOULDER, CO". I emailed both [email protected] (from their website), and [email protected] to inquire about the third party charge and the fact that my order had not been received. I heard back from "customer service" at landency.com within two days with the assurance that my order was in process and that shipments typically take about 30 days. I was also given an order number and a link to a tracking company (track718.com), which showed the many steps my order needed to go through to be ready for delivery.

Several weeks later, I'd still not received the order, and I reached out to landency.com again. I was assured that the order was on the way, given the same link to track718.com and offered refunds and discounts for future orders. On December 4, 2024, I was no longer to view any tracking information on track718.com, so I reached out to landency.com again. On December 7, 2024, track718.com showed that my package had been delivered, but since I was home all day that day, I knew that was not true. I emailed landency.com again, and they offered to send a new shipment via "expedited delivery" that would arrive within 15 days at no additional charge. They also told me that the warehouse would notify me when the order was shipped. Since the items on the order were intended to be Christmas gifts, and 15 days was December 23, 2024, I agreed. On December 15, 2024, I reached out to landency.com again to notify them that I had not heard from the warehouse and that if I didn't receive my order by December 24, 2024, I would report them to the BBB. I did not hear back from them after that message.

Subsequently, I did some searching online and found that landency.com and track178.com both had many similar complaints. I am writing now to add my story to the long list of other complaints in hopes that others will not fall prey to the same scam.

Consumer paid for Pajamas and never received them, plus they paid $5 for express mail but never got them
